Automatic visual inspection machine for micro-technical parts
Designed to perform an automatic visual inspection of micro-technical parts, the Microparts inspector machine is a self-learning production machine that operates based on artificial intelligence and neuronal networks. By mimicking human functions, the technology enables inspection tasks that cannot be performed by traditional industrial vision systems to be automated. The Microparts inspector machine can be used to inspect parts positioned flat in trays and can be equipped with a standalone system for stacking and unstacking the trays (optional).

This quality-control device can replace and supplant human inspection. The inspection model (workspace) is easily generated from a catalogue of accepted and rejected parts. The machine can be used to inspect parts positioned flat in a tray with a surface area of 300 x 200 mm.

Automated Optical Character Recognition (OCR) machine
Based on self-learning technology, the Optical Character Reader machine automates optical character recognition (OCR) on parts with variable geometry and any texture type. The Optical Character Reader automatically locates, orients, reads and converts characters such as serial numbers or product names into text files. By mimicking human functions, the technology makes it possible to automate inspection tasks that are difficult for traditional industrial vision systems to perform. An autonomy system for unstacking and stacking trays are available as an option.
